Prompt Space provides a curated collection of AI image generation prompts designed for use with various AI tools including but not limited to Midjourney, DALL-E, and Stable Diffusion. The Service includes both free and premium content.

3. Use of Prompts

Prompts provided on Prompt Space are for personal and commercial use. You may copy, modify, and use the prompts with any AI image generation tool. However, you may not redistribute, resell, or claim ownership of the prompt text itself as your own original work.

4. User Accounts

Some features of the Service require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to: generate harmful, offensive, or illegal content; attempt to circumvent any security features; interfere with the proper functioning of the Service; or engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.

The Service, including its design, layout, and original content (excluding user-generated content and AI-generated images), is the property of Prompt Space. The prompts are provided under a permissive license for use in AI image generation.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that prompts will produce specific results in any AI tool, as outputs depend on the tool used, its version, and settings applied.

8. Limitation of Liability

Prompt Space shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes any damages resulting from the use of AI-generated images created using our prompts.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
